"I wanted to thank you for the work performed by Herb Bachelder and David Corso. Faced with the opportunity for continued growth they have been extremely helpful in sorting out organizational issues and the challenges facing our company.

Over the past five months Herb, working with myself and members of my management staff, has identified $1.5 Millions in Actions for Profit improvement and many organizational improvements. As we have implemented these actions, we have seen the forecasted improvement in revenue, profitability and the impact on cash flow. Without the advice and assistance from Herb, it is had to imagine how we would be able to handle the growth this year. We have implemented the Predetermined Profit Plan, Cash Management Program and will have the Pay for Performance Program implemented next quarter. The reorganization of the structure of our company has been welcomed and smoothed out many of the areas that were hindering our success.
