What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to qualified B2B leads
• Engaging business owners and executives in strategic conversations
• Setting appointments for our Regional Directors with precision
• Navigating gatekeepers like a pro and getting to the decision-maker
• Leveraging a proven script and sales process that works

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience with a strong close rate
• Proven success in appointment setting and lead qualification
• Confidence, resilience, and a hunter mentality
• Excellent phone presence, persuasive communication, and active listening
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
