With sincere gratitude, I wish to thank American Management Services and specifically our Senior Consultant Robert Hawkens for the assistance and guidance provided as we embarked on your innovative programs to overhaul our systems of organization and management.

Your AMS survey team arrived in March and completed a thorough review of our entire processes. They interviewed practically everyone in the building. Based on our discussions, AMS was hired to provide the direction with the implementation of new policies, systems, procedures and controls to insure growth, stability and profitability.

Clearly, profitability is the main goal and to get there, we identified several areas of focus; most notably the need to drive sales, increase margins and control cost. With Bob’s invaluable help, we executed several programs for accomplishing these objectives.

More importantly, Bob instructed us in how to complete the program. He educated our team on innumerable aspects of organization structure, financial and operations management. Helping to install a culture of accountability and teamwork have been among his biggest contributions.

The systems instituted have seen operational and profit goals to be met and are yielding results beyond our expectations and more importantly, far beyond than the cost. In fact, based on the short period of utilization of the programs, we expect to see a return that conservatively exceeds the investment by a factor of twelve-times over the next 3 years.
